A NEW mini market could open in Andover town centre if a premises licence application is approved.
Mustafa Kaya of Safeline Training Consultancy on behalf of Canan Onkar is seeking a new premises licence for Cooper, 6 High Street, Andover - previously the Charlton Newsagents.
If granted the application will allow the retail sale of alcohol off the premises including delivery by the business’s own drivers and third parties like UberEats.

The licence is sought for operations between 9am and 11pm from Monday to Sunday.
