A MAN from Andover has been handed a suspended prison sentence for driving while disqualified.
Mathew Evans, of Weyhill Road, on August 12, drove a vehicle in Popely Way, Basingstoke, while disqualified. Evans also had no insurance.

During a hearing which was held at Basingstoke Magistrates' Court on September 12, the 36-year-old pleaded guilty to both driving offences.
Magistrates handed Evans an 18-month prison sentence suspended for 12 months and disqualified him from driving for 18 months.
A fine of £400 and court costs of £85 must be paid.
