AN ANDOVER woman has been handed penalty points for failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle involved in an offence.
Jane Docherty, of The White Lion in Wherwell, on Thursday, May, 5 last year, in Plymouth failed to give information relating to the identification of a driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence.
The 52-year-old pleaded not guilty to the offence on Friday, August 18 but during a hearing held at Basingstoke Magistrates' Court on the same date, Docherty was found guilty.

She was not present at the hearing.
Magistrates ordered a fine of £660 to be paid and handed her six penalty points.
Court costs of £300 and a surcharge fee of £264 must also be paid.
