A DEVELOPER has raised £500 for Macmillan, after taking part in the charity’s Coffee Morning fundraiser at its Drummond Park development in Ludgershall.
Lovell hosted a Macmillan Coffee Morning on Friday, September 29, for its team at Drummond Park, a development consisting of 412 new homes on the former defence medical equipment depot.
During the morning, employees from all areas of the business were able to take a well-deserved break with coffee and cake, in return for a small donation.
After hosting seven coffee mornings across South Wales and the west, Lovell has donated a total of £500 to Macmillan.
Gemma Clissett, regional partnerships director at Lovell, said: “We are delighted to have raised £500 for Macmillan at this year’s fundraiser, and we would like to say a huge thank you to everyone at Lovell who took part and donated.
“Macmillan is a fantastic charity that carries out vital work each day, and we hope that our contribution provides them with a helping hand. Hosting coffee mornings is a brilliant way to raise money and awareness of the work Macmillan does, and we are proud to have all come together for such an important cause.”
