A MAN from Andover has been hit with a fine after he was found to have cannabis in his possession.
Jason Coombs, of Harewood Park, was found to have in his possession a quantity of the controlled Class B drug cannabis in Hampton Road, Andover on Thursday, September 14.

During a hearing at Basingstoke Magistrates' Court on Thursday, October 5 the 35-year-old pleaded guilty to the offence.
Magistrates ordered the drugs to be destroyed and imposed a fine of £60 to be paid.
