AN ANDOVER woman has been fined for a racially aggravated offence against a police sergeant.
Kayleigh McColl, of Cowdrey Square, admitted to racially / religiously aggravated intentional harassment / alarm / distress - words / writing. The offence took place on Sunday, July 9, against PS Clarke.
The 30-year-old pleaded guilty to the charge during a hearing at Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, October 19.

Magistrates ordered McColl to pay compensation of £50 and a £100 fine.
Another charge of using threatening / abusive / insulting words / behaviour to cause harassment / alarm / distress against PS Clarke was withdrawn.
