AN ANDOVER-based charity is considering introducing a new bus service for Test Valley residents with restricted mobility.
Unity, which is part-funded by Test Valley Borough Council (TVBC) and Hampshire County Council, is looking to introduce a fully on-demand service for people with restricted mobility, using two 16-seat minibuses, both fully wheelchair accessible.
A post on TVBC’s Facebook page said: “The service would work very much like an Uber minibus service that will pick up and drop off multiple people at a time, all within or close to the Test Valley area.”

To help it to make the case for funding, Unity needs residents' views and feedback about the idea.
There are more details about the proposed service, and the survey can be completed, at forms.office.com/e/7KipJj5VyV.
Unity works with organisations to support vulnerable members of the Test Valley community.
