The event, which took place on Sunday, October 29 in Augusta Park, saw numerous members of the community turn out in various types of fancy dress to enjoy face painting, crafts, refreshments and a toy tombola.

The event also featured interactive storytelling from Merry-go-Round Storytelling, which featured renditions of Room on the Broom and The Paper Pumpkin House and Witch.

Rooting for Andover’s secretary, Vicki Cunningham, said: “It was fun to see everyone (big and small) dressed up on Sunday. The community garden looked wonderful with all the pumpkins, decorations and lights. We had a great turnout and it was fabulous to see so many people attending to join in the fun and to take part in all the activities.”
