A NEW director of music has taken over at a Test Valley group.
Paul Wing has taken the reigns after Tim Lowden, who started Stockbridge Music in 2012, recently retired.
Mr Lowden's service was recognised at a concert by the Beaufort Singers on Friday, October 20 in St Peter's Church.

Mr Wing said: “I recognise Stockbridge Music has achieved huge success from the high standard of concerts it has brought to Stockbridge over the past 11 years.
“I intend to build on the solid platform given to me and will continue to expand the genres of music as well as establishing an outreach programme in due course, using both the town hall and the church.
“Stockbridge Music is at an exciting stage and 2024 will be a very interesting season bringing you a variety of ensembles and soloists.
“May I thank all our members for their loyal support and wish you all a very happy Christmas.”
