Around 140 people attended the Andover Remembers concert on Armistice Day.
The Andover Town Band said it was "delighted" to play at the Andover Remembers Concert on Saturday, November 11.
The event, held at the Andover Baptist Church, attracted a good-sized audience of around 140, who were treated to a programme of high-quality brass band music.
A variety of music was performed, from traditional military marches to solo items, big band numbers, and more reflective music.
The second half included a moving Act of Remembrance, including the Exhortation, Last Post, Two Minutes of Silence and Reveille, focused around a military drum head ceremony.
Cllr Phil North, leader of Test Valley and Bourne Valley ward councillor, commented on Facebook: "A huge thank you to Andover Town Band for putting on the special ’Andover Remembers’ concert tonight.
"Last year was brilliant, but tonight was even better - and I’m so glad this has become an annual event in Andover’s calendar.
"The finale with the drumhead altar was as if we had been transported to the Royal Albert Hall. Lest we forget!"
Money raised from the evening will be donated to the 2023 Poppy Appeal.

The concert will feature traditional and modern Christmas music, and the evening promises to "get you into the festive mood."
