A TRIAL date has been set for three Andover people who pleaded not guilty to charges of racially aggravated assault on a family.
As previously reported, Eric Cutts, 22, Chloe Baxter, 23, and Joshua Cutts, 25, of Venice Court in Andover, were jointly charged with racially aggravated assault on April 22 this year.
The three are accused of causing an Andover man actual bodily harm.
Eric Cutts is also accused of assaulting the victim’s son by beating him, while Baxter is accused of assaulting the victim’s daughter.

Joshua Cutts is accused of assaulting another man in relation to the same incident.
Appearing at Winchester Crown Court on Thursday, November 22, Joshua Cutts and Baxter pleaded not guilty to all charges.
Meanwhile, Eric Cutts pleaded not guilty to one charge of racially aggravated assault, and guilting to one charge of assault occasioning bodily harm.
Judge Timothy Mousley KC adjourned the hearing for a trial to take place on May 20 next year.
