A POPULAR cocktail bar in Andover has reopened after being closed for nearly three months for a refurbishment.
SP Bar, in Bridge Street, is owned by Stephanie and Ricky Pledge, who acquired the venue in 2019.
The bar had been closed since the middle of September, to allow for work to be taken place to refit the bar and give it a new, fresh feel.

The bar reopened on Friday, December 1 to a completely new look, with the place unrecognisable compared to the decor before the works were carried out.
The new look is complemented by several new, creative drinks on offer, as well as all the classic cocktails that customers already love.
Staff at the bar said the new look and feel was "a bit more fun, and funky while elevating the classics and putting our own spin on things".
SP Bar also has Brixton on tap, which are named after Brixton landmarks, inspired by the flavours of its markets.

The bar, which can seat around 75 people, will open again properly to the public on Wednesday, December 6 from 5pm, and will then work up until Christmas, with a break before New Year and back to a normal schedule in the new year.
The bar is hirable for events including business-related matters, music videos, hen and stag parties and much more.
SP Bar also hosts cocktail masterclasses and bottomless brunches, while also branching into doing a number of food options including smashed burgers, dirty dogs, and loaded fries.
