THE Goodworth Clatford branch of the Women's Institute (WI) recently celebrated turning a century old.
On Thursday, November 23, members marked the momentous occasion in style and were served a celebratory supper with bubbly and cake within the Village Club.
The WI has 50 members and is ready to continue for the next 100 years.

Goodworth Clatford Institute president Julia Love said: “It’s wonderful to think so many women from the village and surrounding area have, through the WI's lifetime, enjoyed the opportunity to come together as a community and form lifelong learning and friendships. It’s been a memorable evening.”
The group meets on the third Tuesday evening of each month at 7.30pm at the Village Club and welcomes visitors and new members.
