AN ANDOVER man who is in breach court bail and is wanted for offences, including theft, is still at large.
Dean Hutchinson, 34, is wanted by police for breach of court bail. On Thursday, November 30, Hampshire Constabulary issued an appeal to help find him.
Nearly two weeks on, Hutchinson remains at large and officers are continuing with enquiries to locate him.
He is described as white, around 5ft 9ins tall, short, dark brown hair, having a goatee and tattoos on his neck and right hand.

A post on Test Valley Cops Facebook page warns residents not to approach him and call 999 immediately.
The post also states: "We would like to remind people that anyone found to be harbouring Dean Hutchinson to deliberately obstruct our attempts to locate him may be committing an offence and could be arrested."
Anyone with information that could assist with enquiries should contact police on 101, quoting the reference number 44230467917.
