THE archery community across the UK has come together to support a Penton Mewsey business that fell victim to a devastating fire just weeks before Christmas.
Tenzone Targets, an independent family-run business providing target manufacturing services, was one of the six businesses that suffered losses in a workshop fire on Friday, December 8.
The blaze, which erupted at the Penton Mewsey farm shortly after 2am, engulfed several commercial units housing various vehicles, chemicals, and cylinders.
Among the six businesses affected, Tenzone Targets suffered significant losses, with the majority of its products destroyed in the fire.

Emergency services, responding to more than 10 distress calls, arrived from across Hampshire and Wiltshire.
Steve Olding, the owner of Tenzone Targets, took to social media to share that all his tournament stock and completed works were destroyed in the fire.
Later he launched a fundraising appeal to seek support from the archery community and well-wishers to rebuild the business from scratch.
Since its launch, thousands of pounds have been donated towards the cause.
At the time of writing, his GoFundMe page has raised just under £18,000 for Mr Olding.
He wrote on Facebook: “Words alone do not seem enough to express our gratitude for the support the archery community, family, friends and total strangers have shown us in such a small space of time. What you have all done is amazing and will make such a difference.
“Getting a new workplace, material and a foam cutting bandsaw are the main ingredients we needed to get us back up and running.

“To have this on the first week anniversary of the fire that had taken it all away must itself be a world record status event.
“We have received so many kind offers of tools, equipment, manual labour and peoples willingness to share our story far and wide; we are just blown away and speechless by your support to others in need.
“If you are still thinking of donating, please take a breath, we have more than achieved our 'target'. Thank you to each and everyone of you.”
