A RESIDENT from Andover who took to the roads while banned from driving has been handed points.
On Sunday, June 18 last year Gesmir Dauti, of High Street, drove a Audi A5 on Micheldever Road in Andover while disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence.
The 21-year-old also had no insurance.
During a hearing held at Basingstoke Magistrates' Court on Thursday, December 14 Dauti pleaded guilty to both offences.

Magistrates handed Dauti six penalty points and ordered fines of £200 to be paid.
Court costs of £85 and a surcharge fee of £80 must also be paid
