A POPULAR food van which serves up artisan pizzas in Andover is looking to extend the number of days it is allowed to trade.
Nidge's Artisan Pizza Kitchen has a current trading slot of 5pm until 8pm on one Thursday a month at The Hexagon. Owner Nigel Male is seeking open on a second Thursday at the same location, with the same operating hours.
Nigel Male set up the mobile wood-fired pizza business in 2021 and has since ben trading around Test Valley, at markets in Andover and taking residency for evening pitches.

The application was discussed at a meeting of Andover Town Council's planning committee on Tuesday, January 2.
Cllr Heather Neate: "I've got no objection to that. If he gets good business and wants another slot, then that is a good thing."
Cllr Richard Kidd: "There's never been any trouble associated, so I can see no reason why not."
Nidge's Artisan Pizza Kitchen currently has a five-star rating on TripAdvisor, with one reviewer saying: "Nidge’s pizzas are very good, great for all the family! Would definitely recommend to anyone who loves a good pizza!"
