IT was another triumphant year for Andover Santa Cruises, raising a record amount for the town's hospice.
Father Christmas and his team of elves made their way around the Andover spreading cheer and bringing smiles to faces throughout December.
Now, thanks to the generosity of residents, the team from Andover Santa Cruises has handed over an amazing cheque worth £7,507.44 to The Countess of Brecknock Hospice.

Kevin Rush of Andover Community Events said: "There is a lot of organising behind the scenes to bring Santa to Andover throughout December but seeing how well supported he is, and the look on so many faces, young and old, makes it all worthwhile.
"To be able to bring this to the community and raise money for an incredible local cause is a no brainer for us here at Andover Community Events. We already can’t wait to dust off the sleigh and hit the streets of Andover again in 11 months time."
The news marks a milestone moment as the Santa Cruises has now successfully raised over £20,000 for the Countess Of Brecknock Hospice.
The hospice provides outstanding palliative and end-of-life care to adults suffering from life-limiting illness who live in Andover, Stockbridge and surrounding villages, together with comfort and support for their loved ones and carers.
