MORE than 40 homes and businesses in the Leckford area are without power today due to a planned outage.
Scottish and Southern Electricity Networks (SSEN) has said that 42 customers in SO20 6JF, SO20 6JG and SO20 6JQ postcodes will be without power until 4.30pm on Monday, January 15.
“We have turned off your electricity supply to allow us to safely carry out essential work to our electrical equipment. By doing this, it’ll help us to improve the reliability of our service to you for the future.”
It added that letters were sent to those who are affected by the power cut.
