AN ANDOVER drug driver has been banned from taking to the roads for a year.
On Saturday, August 19 last year, Rebecca-Jane Prevett, of Shepherds Row, drove a vehicle on the A303 westbound in Longparish.
It was found that he had not less than 5.1 micrograms of Delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol in her blood. The legal limit is 2ug/l.
The 38-year-old pleaded guilty to the offence on Tuesday, January 2.

During a hearing held at Basingstoke Magistrates' Court on the same date she was sentenced for drug driving.
Magistrates banned Prevett from driving for 12 months and ordered a fine of £120 to be paid.
Court costs of £40 and a surcharge fee of £48 must also be paid.
