A WILTSHIRE man has been fined after he was caught with a quantity ketamine in Andover last year.
On Friday, September 19, James Martin, of West Dean, had in his possession a quantity of ketamine, a Class B drug.
During a hearing at Basingstoke Magistrates' Court held on Thursday, January 11, Martin pleaded guilty to the offence.

The 31-year-old was fined £246, and must pay court costs of £85 and a surcharge fee of £98.
Magistrates ordered for the drugs to be destroyed.
