MORE than 20 lock-up garages at Pilgrims Way in Andover are to be auctioned next month.
The 28 freehold garages, all vacant, are among 135 lots listed across southern England by Clive Emson Auctioneers, regional land and property auctioneers.
Audrey Smith, a senior auction appraiser at the firm, said: “We anticipate keen interest from bidders - lock-up garages in residential areas are often sought after, either for investment or private use.”
Nine garages on land with “development opportunity” have a guide price of £50,000 plus and are at Block C. Meanwhile nine other garages on land there are also guided at £50,000 plus.

Six garages and land at the back of 230, 231, 232 and 233 are guided at £35,000-plus and four garages within a larger block are at Block 2Q at £20,000-plus.
The auction ends on Wednesday, February 7 with bidding live 48 hours beforehand.
Clive Emson Auctioneers, in its 35th year, have been instructed by vendors to sell a total of 135 lots, of which 71 are vacant residential, 16 investment, 30 commercial, 11 development and seven grazing/land.
