FIREFIGHTERS spent nine hours tackling a blaze at a bungalow after the roof caught on fire.
Crews from Whitchurch, Andover, Sutton Scotney, Basingstoke and Overton were called to the fire in Springhill Lane, St Mary Bourne at 10.30pm on January 21.

The roof of the building was described as being 'heavily damaged' in the fire, which was stopped with jets and hose reels.
Relief crews from Southampton, Rushmoor and Odiham continued to dampen down the scene overnight before Whitchurch firefighters returned to carry out a reinspection.
Firefighters returned to their stations at 7.37am after tackling the fire for more than nine hours.
Fire investigation officers attended the scene in the morning to establish the cause of the blaze, which has not yet been determined.
