A WINDOWS and conservatory company that marked its 41st year in business recently is now celebrating after it was named Which? Trusted Trader of the Month.
KJM Group, based at Mylen Business Centre in Andover, was honoured by the trusted review website for its extensive charity work and for consistently putting customers first.
Formed in 1983, KJM Windows and Conservatories has been endorsed with Which? Trusted Traders for more than 17 years and was named Which? Trusted Trader of the Month for February.
The company specialises in the installation of windows, doors, roof lanterns and glazed extensions.

Mark Pearce, managing director of KJM, said: "The ethos of customer service runs from the very top to all the members of staff. The entire KJM team works very hard to ensure that each and every job we do is done right.
"All office staff are employed and the sales team are salaried, not commission based. I can’t help but feel this provides a better customer experience as the sales team works for the customer, not for the job."
He said he was especially proud as the company has a 4.9/5 star rating on the Which? Trusted Traders website (based on 60 reviews), and is recommended by 100 per cent of customers.
He also said that the firm takes pride in supporting various local and national causes.
Mark said: "At KJM’s 40th birthday party for staff, ex-staff and customers, we raised more than £340 for The Countess of Brecknock Hospice.
"We also made a donation of £1,000 to 007GB Club that went directly to UNICEF. The 007GB Club is unsurprisingly a British James Bond fan club that meets to have fun and raise money for UNICEF."
The firm also supports numerous sporting venues including Andover New Street FC, Andover Tennis Club, Wherwell Cricket Club, Andover Bowling Club, St Mary Bourne Bowling Club, a children’s football team and the Andover Ladies Choir.
The company also has plans to support an array of charitable causes and contribute towards a target of £250,000.
Which? judges said they were particularly impressed with these contributions, with one calling KJM’s application ‘very heartwarming with an emphasis on philanthropy. This has to be one of the best applications I’ve seen.’
