An Andover-based charity has received a cheque from The Sofa Club.
Yellow Brick Road Projects is a charity based in Suffolk Road, that works with young people aged 35 and under both locally and nationally.
The vision of the charity is to see an end to youth homelessness, with a mission to engage and educate young people by supporting them in learning life skills.

This reduces the impact of poverty, the risk of experiencing homelessness, and feelings of loneliness.
This week, Bill Baughen and Cllr Zilliah Brooks visited the Yellow Brick Road Charity to give a cheque for £500 to chief executive Sioban Down, with helpers Karen Birks and Luke Stephens.
The money was given by The Sofa Club, a small group of fundraisers who specialise in organising events and raising money for smaller charities where donations of any size can go a long way to providing services and offering support and help in the local area.
