Along with his concert performances, he has worked as an accompanist, musical director, theatre musician, vocal coach and a member of many bands, playing a variety of genres, and in recent years has been the musical director for the annual pantomime at the Gala Theatre in Durham.
He has also played hundreds of weddings, parties and other functions.
A WEOS spokesperson said: “Whatever he achieves, Mark certainly has a commendable ambition – namely to continue playing as much music as possible for people to enjoy. He is certainly an extremely active and versatile performer.”
The concert begins at 7.30pm, doors open at 7pm. Tickets cost £6 on the door.
