TWENTY more lock-up garages, a one-bedroom flat and a three-bedroom house all located in and around Andover will be auctioned this month.
All garages are vacant and freehold, with 11 guided at £60,000 plus, six at £33,000 plus and three at £17,000 plus.
They are among 147 lots listed in the March auction of Clive Emson Auctioneers, the firm’s second of eight across England this year.
In the firm’s February auction, 31 similar garages in Pilgrims Way sold for a total of £181,000.
Audrey Smith, a senior auction appraiser, said: “There was keen interest from bidders last time around as garages in residential areas are often sought after, either for investment or private use, and this may well be the case again.”
