Meet the incredible mothers of Andover this Mother's Day

Sunday, March 10, marks Mother's Day where mums, grandmas, and more are recognised for the love they give every day. 

For some, today will be full of celebration and love, but for others, it may be filled with tough memories. Whatever today brings, we hope you treat yourself kindly.

Michelle Foley said: "I’m so lucky to have one amazing mum! She is my best friend.

"Not only is she a very busy foster carer, she’s grandma to my eight children plus her other grandchildren.

"She is very very loved by all! Pat Wilce you are one in a million!"

"Everyone knows her as she has worked in the Andover hospital for many many years and she would do anything for anyone.

"She will never know how much she has been a rock to me throughout my life. I’m very lucky to have her."

"Mum is so brave and continues to be a super supportive loving mum/wife/nanny, to my step dad, my sister and I, my sons and my niece and nephew.

"She’s had a very tough time since her three-year-old son was born with CKD and needed a transplant.

"All that she’s been through she still smiles every day I’m her mum and I love her so much."

Vicki Kirkpatrick said: "This is my mum Sandy, we lost my dad (her husband) on News Year's Day, she has kept us all going.
