Easter egg hunts will soon be scattered across the UK, with many venues including zoos and National Trust places all taking part.
A number of events will be taking place across Winchester and Hampshire as everyone takes in the bank holiday weekend, with families looking for events to keep the young ones, and those young at heart, occupied.
The National Trust is set to host an easter egg hunt at Hinton Ampner, near Alresford running from Friday, March 29. Another hunt will be taking place in Mottisfont near Romsey with trails running from Saturday, March 23.

Another easter egg hunt will be running at The Vyne, near Basingstoke.
If a National Trust hunt doesn't appeal, there are other events on offer in and around Winchester, starting with Winchester's Easter BunnyHop Trail in the city centre.
Throughout Easter and during the school holidays, Winchester Business Improvement District (BID) is organising a free, fun-filled, Easter-themed trail for kids and big kids alike around the City of Winchester. The Bunny Hop Easter Trail will run from Friday, March 29 to Sunday, April 14.
Before heading out around Winchester download your free trail sheet from the BID website or collect a copy from the Visitor Information Centre, The Arc or Winchester City Museum.

For the animal lovers out there, Marwell Zoo will also be holding a host of seasonal activities, which includes a visit from the Easter Bunny.
Help the Easter Bunny work out who the stolen eggs belong to and collect evidence to discover who is the Marwell egg thief, all the while keeping an eye out for hidden golden eggs around the park for a chance to win an egg-cellent prize.
There will be garden games, a special Easter tipi photo op, plus candy floss and fresh hot doughnuts on the hall drive. Little ones can meet the Easter Bunny and receive a special gift in the exclusive bunny den at Marwell Hall from Friday, March 29 until Monday April 1.
From Tuesday, April 2, an Easter egg and dinosaur egg trail will be held at The Watercress Line in Alresford until Sunday, April 14.
There will be egg trails located around the railway, with your ticket allowing you to travel on the heritage railway all day, hopping on and off at the different stations to locate the hidden eggs, and mark them down on a free activity sheet.
