A 69-YEAR-OLD who placed trackers on a woman’s car and monitored her internet use has been fined £1,600.
Kenneth Paviour, of Lambourne Way, Thruxton, also monitored his victim’s electronic communication and interfered with her possessions on September 25, 2023.

Paviour pleaded guilty to a charge of stalking without fear / alarm / distress during a hearing at Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court on March 11.
Along with receiving a fine, he was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £640 and court costs of £85.
A restraining order was put in place preventing Paviour from contacting the victim directly or indirectly.
