THE owner of a pub in Andover is delighted to have won two prestigious awards including the Regional Pub of the Year.
The Andover Tap at The Lamb, in Winchester Street, took to Facebook to share the good news with its customers.
It has also picked up the Cider Pub of the Year for the second year in a row.
Both awards are given by CAMRA, which has been highlighting the best pubs in the country since 1988, running competitions to help showcase quality pubs around the UK that are worth seeking out and visiting.

The post on Facebook reads: "We are delighted to announce that we have been awarded Regional Pub Of The Year and for the second year running Cider Pub of the Year. Come and join us to celebrate some great real ale and Cider."
The Advertiser spoke to owner Tim Abram, 54, who has run the pub for the last five years with his wife.
Tim, who lives in Abbotts Ann, said: "It is a lovely feeling, we are surprised and delighted. All the staff are very pleased about it and we are going to go out and have a bit of a celebratory day out as well."
He continued: "We have won Cider Pub of the Year for the last two years running now and that is a separate award for the pub serving the best real cider."
Happy customers also commented on the post sharing their congratulations with the team.
Robert Street posted: "Congratulations, great pub, great beer and most importantly great staff. It was only a matter of time before you won."
Another, Georgie Glabus, posted: "Well deserved, such a great pub and at the heart of the community."

Nina Leighton also joined in with the positive comments, adding: "Thoroughly deserved. Congratulations to all the brilliant team."
Debbie Allen also posted: "Amazing well done all at The Andover Tap at The Lamb congratulations."
The pub brands itself on Facebook as a "A proper old-fashioned pub with real and modern craft ales, spirits and wine in the heart of Andover".
It is open from 11am to 10.30pm from Tuesday to Saturday and 12pm to 6pm on Sundays.
