TWO businesses in Andover's town centre have been caught selling either vapes or alcohol to someone under the age of 18.
Test Valley Cops took to Facebook to share the news on Thursday, April 4 after officers conducted an operation.
The post reads: "Following on from reports we received officers conducted a Test Purchase operation yesterday (3rd April) in conjunction with the Police Cadets. We targeted the sale of alcohol and vapes/electronic cigarettes to children under the age of 18.

"Out of the nine premises we tested in Andover town centre there were two fails - one for vapes and the other for alcohol. We will be working closely with these venues in conjunction with Licencing and Trading Standards."
