RELIGIOUS groups which promote the reading of Christian texts once again hosted a stall in Andover town centre to spread the Easter message.
Good News for Everyone and Andover Churches Together on March 29 and 30 had their usual stand at the Chantry Centre for the Easter weekend.
A group spokesperson said: “We greeted many people again, and were able to give out New Testaments, Easter comics for the children and, of course, Easter eggs.

"Many foreign language Testaments were appreciated, some languages for the first time.”
The Mayor of Test Valley Cllr Philip Lashbrook, and mayoress Cllr Linda Lashbrook visited the stall to show their support.
“This is the third Easter we were at the Chantry Centre and so much appreciate their welcome and support again,” the spokesperson added.
