OWNERS of a fitness group for mums have been shortlisted to be named the best in their region.
Strength in Mumbers, which offers classes for women returning to exercise after childbirth, has been nominated for a Muddy Stilettos award.
The 'Best Fitness Instructor' nomination recognises the dedication of co-owners Sophie Abbott and Ashleigh Tomlin.
Their classes allow mums to exercise safely and effectively while keeping their children entertained.
“We are absolutely thrilled to be nominated,” Sophie said.
“We know how tough it can be to get back into exercise after having a baby, and our aim is to create a supportive and welcoming atmosphere where mums can focus on their fitness while their children are happy, safe and entertained.”
Strength in Mumbers offers a child friendly environment and workouts that cater to all fitness levels.
The classes are specifically designed to be safe for the postnatal body, with qualified instructors providing expert guidance and modifications.
"It's more than just exercise – it's a chance for mums to connect with each other and share their experiences,” Ashleigh added.
“We're so passionate about helping mums feel their best after childbirth, both physically and mentally.”
Winning the Muddy Stilettos award would further establish the business as a trusted resource for postnatal fitness classes in the Andover and Longstock area.
Voting for the Muddy Stilettos awards closes on April 18.
