AN ANDOVER driver who was caught speeding on the motorway on two separate occasions has been handed penalty points.
On Wednesday, July 1, 2020, Craig Davison, of Roman Way, drove a Honda on the M27 eastbound carriageway between junctions four and five in Eastleigh at 62 miles per hour, ignoring a temporary 50 miles per hour speed limit.

Two days later, on Friday, July 3, the 39-year-old was caught driving on the same stretch of motorway at 63 miles per hour while the temporary speed limit was still in place.
During a hearing held at Aldershot Magistrates' Court on Monday, February 26, in which Davison was not present, magistrates handed him three penalty points.
He must also pay a fine of £220, court costs of £110 and a surcharge fee of £44.
