A HOUSEBUILDER has said the first homes at its new development in Andover are now available to reserve.
Taylor Wimpey's The Forum development, which is the final phase of its Augusta Park Community project, will provide 102 two, three, four and five-bedroom homes.
All new homes will include solar panels and electric car charging ports, according to the builder.
Taylor Wimpey is now inviting prospective buyers to visit the newly launched three-bedroom, three-storey The Belvoir show home to get a feel for the type of homes that will be available at the development.

Gemma Bibby, sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey West London, said: “We are delighted to announce the launch of the first homes for sale at The Forum. Having spent the last decade expanding our Augusta Park community and delivering much-needed homes for aspiring Hampshire Homeowners, we’re really pleased to be back in the area.
“Several of our new plots have already been snapped up since opening, so I’d urge anyone interested in calling The Forum home to get in touch with our sales team now.”
Prices for a home at Taylor Wimpey’s The Forum, which features The Beaford, The Eynsford, The Owlton and The Densdale plot types, start from £325,000.
