AN ANDOVER man who exposed himself and was caught masturbating in public has been fined nearly £200.

Derrick Bolland, of Beatty Court, was spotted committed an act outraging public decency by behaving in an indecent manner by 'exposing his genitals and masturbating in public' in Crawley on September 27.

During a hearing at Basingstoke Magistrates' Court on Thursday, April 25, the 67-year-old pleaded guilty to the offence. 

Magistrates fined him £199. He was also ordered to pay £85 court costs and an £80 victim surcharge.
