AN ANDOVER man has been jailed for 12 weeks after he harassed two people by calling and messaging them numerous times.
Joshua Black, of Dene Court, called and messaged his two victims between March 9 and March 12 which they stated was unwanted.
The 26-year-old admitted two charges of harassment without violence during a hearing at Aldershot Magistrates’ Court on April 29.

Black was jailed for 12 weeks as magistrates deemed that the offences were “so serious that only a custodial sentence can be justified”.
The court register also stated that Black has “a flagrant disregard for people and their property”.
He must also pay a £154 victim surcharge fee.
