CITIZENS Advice Test Valley’s (CATV) board is made up of friendly and passionate individuals with a wide range of experiences, skills and backgrounds. We have vacancies on our board and so we’re now looking for people from different backgrounds and with a range of skills and lived experiences to join our board.

Trustees are the independent volunteers that govern a charity. Becoming a trustee is a serious commitment but can also be extremely rewarding.

Along with the rest of the trustee board you will have a legal responsibility for the management of our charity, but you’ll also work together with the board and senior management team to make decisions that will help us make a real difference. The role of trustee is unpaid, but we offer expenses to meet travel costs.

You don’t need to have previous trustee experience to join our board. We’ll provide all the training and support you need. We’re looking for people from different backgrounds and with a range of skills and experiences.

We are committed to being as inclusive as possible and want as many different voices as possible on our board. We are seeking trustees with a wide range of experiences. Whatever your background, we would love to hear from you.
