ASHBOURNE Court Care Home in Andover is celebrating after achieving an outstanding 93 per cent average in their 2024 customer satisfaction survey.
This scoring is significantly higher than the latest 76 per cent achieved by the UK Customer Satisfaction Index (UKCSI). The research even outranked top-rated organisation Ocado’s 85.7 per cent score.
The home, located in Salisbury Road, delivers residential, nursing, palliative, respite and dementia care, and is rated 'good' by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
Residents and their families participated in the survey, evaluating key aspects of care home life - care quality, team performance, food, activities, cleanliness and overall service.

Outstanding scores were seen in categories revolving around the relationships between team members, residents and families.
All participants agreed that staff members were friendly, approachable, and provided a positive atmosphere. They also confirmed that residents were treated with kindness, respect and dignity.
The menu’s variety garnered 92 per cent approval, with residents and their relatives expressing satisfaction with their experiences. Furthermore, every single survey respondent, 10 out of 10, stated they would likely recommend Ashbourne Court to others.
The home's manager, Rajesh Ayyappan, said: "I couldn’t be prouder of the whole team at Ashbourne Court, who are so passionate about their work. Receiving such great feedback shows we are making a positive difference and enriching the lives of our residents."
