AN ANDOVER man has been fined for breaching a community order issued by a court.
Dale Barnes, 30, of Draper Close, was ordered to attend unpaid work in an order made on February 4, 2022.
However, he failed to attend the work on November 25, and December 9, 2023, without any reasonable excuse.
He was also found guilty of failing to keep in contact with the authorities since November 27, 2023.
Following a guilty plea on May 13, Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court ordered him to pay £166 fine and £65 costs.
