A MAN from Ludgershall who drove a car in Andover without a valid MOT certificate while being disqualified has been fined.
Wayne Barns, 40, of Davidge Way, drove a Seat Leon on Cheavley Close, in Andover, on April 9.

Following a guilty plea on May 23, Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court fined him £120 and ordered to pay £85 as costs.
He was also disqualified from driving for 10 months.
