THE organisers of the borough's business awards are encouraging more people to put themselves forward for a prize.
The Test Valley Business Awards committee is currently seeking more nominations for the Young Business Person of the Year Award and the Sustainability Award.
It is urging outstanding young business people and those who work for businesses committed to sustainability to sign up.
"Whether it's promoting eco-friendly practices, reducing carbon emissions, or demonstrating exceptional growth in business, now is the time to shine."
The Young Business Person has to be under 30 as of March 15, 2024, and they do not have to be a business owner. Full criteria for each award can be found at tvbawards.co.uk.
Nominations are open for a limited time. Those who wish to do so can apply for multiple categories. The deadline for submissions is Friday, June 28.
The gala dinner in October will celebrate all the winners and bring the best business people from Test Valley together in one room.
There are seven categories which candidates can apply for - the Business in the Community Award, the Sustainability Award, the Business Innovation and Technology Award, the New Business of the Year Award, the Rural Business of the Year Award, the Small Business of the Year Award and the Young Business Person of the Year Award.
