ANDOVER Model Railway Club held an open day, fascinating both young and old who enjoyed seeing the trains working.

The group of enthusiasts held the event on Saturday, June 8, in the Chantry Centre, outside their clubhouse.

Within their clubhouse a children’s layout entertained both youngsters and adults alike.

The club is preparing for its 2024 exhibition on August 31 at John Hanson Community School, when there will be a variety of layouts from other clubs on display, along with traders specialising in model railway equipment.
