FAMILIES are being invited to visit an event in Andover to find out what support there is for them in the area.
Parents Empowered by Andover Schools (PEAS) is once again hosting its Surviving Summer event, following a successful outcome last year.
The event has been organised by staff members of Andover schools to bring together services in the area.
The aim of the event is to help parents, carers and families know what help and support there is in Andover.

Services at the event will include Andover Foodbank, ACE, Young Carers, Connect 4 Community, as well as holiday club providers and businesses.
A post from the event organiser reads: “We understand that the summer holidays can sometimes be challenging. This informative event will provide you with ideas, activities and resources from the local community that can support your family throughout the summer holidays.”
The event will take place at The Lights, on Wednesday, June 19, with people invited to drop in between 10am and 2pm.
