A WOMAN accused of murdering an army veteran in Andover was heard on police body-worn camera footage saying she believes she was raped.
Winter Swan-Miller is on trial at Winchester Crown Court charged with the murder of Stuart Maxwell Crocker, 62, who was found dead at The Signals, in New Street, Andover, on June 28, last year.
The trial is now in its fifth week.
Police investigations found that veteran Mr Crocker might have been killed in the early hours of June 23, but was only discovered five days later when a neighbour phoned 999 concerned for his welfare.

On Tuesday, June 18, jurors saw footages from PC Charlotte Davies who responded to a call from Swan-Miller at Mr Crocker's home on May 9 after she reported an alleged raped.
In the footage, Swan-Miller claims the rape occurred on April 27-28, 2023 – two months before Mr Crocker's death. She describes being spiked at a pub beforehand and believes the attacker wore a baseball cap.
The court also heard phone calls made by Swan-Miller to Halifax customer service regarding fraudulent activity on her bank account.
In her calls, she claimed £620 was transferred from her Halifax account to Mr Crocker's account. She claimed this was later withdrawn by a female friend of Mr Crocker.
