A CARE home resident who hasn't been able to enjoy steak and chips for a long time due to his medical condition has had his wish come true.
Michael Angel, a resident at Rothsay Grange Nursing Care Home, had a desire for a hearty steak and chips dinner.
When asked what he wished for, the 67-year-old said to would love to have the meal.
Staff set about making his dream come true. The home's chef sourced a suitable piece of meat that would allow Michael to enjoy the steak and chips meal safely but still giving satisfaction of a hearty meal.
