A YOUNG motorcyclist was taken to hospital with "serious" injuries following a disruptive crash.
Emergency services rushed to Lahore Road, off the A338 through Tidworth, shortly after noon on Tuesday, June 25.
A 16-year-old boy, who was riding a motorcycle, had been involved in a crash with a van driver and suffered serious injuries.
Wiltshire Police said the boy's injuries were not thought to be life-threatening but he was taken to hospital for treatment.
The road main road was closed while the vehicles were recovered.
As a result, Salisbury Reds could not serve Tidworth, Zouch estate or Ludgershall for the afternoon.
Wiltshire Police's enquiries are ongoing and witnesses have been asked to call 101 quoting log 140 of June 25.
