AN ANDOVER man who failed to provide a specimen of breath for analysis has been ordered to complete unpaid work.
Mario Rivas, of Lodge Close, when suspected to have driven a vehicle and required to provide a specimen of breath failed to do so without a reasonable excuse on May 19, this year.

The 31-year-old pleaded guilty to the offence during a hearing at Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court on June 4.
He was disqualified from driving for 24 months and ordered to complete 120 hours of unpaid work.
Rivas must also pay court costs of £85 and a £114 surcharge.
