Hampshire locals can now enrol for 12 weeks of free netball to boost activity level courtesy of a new county council initiative.
The offer is part of the gloji Exercise Support initiative, a versatile digital programme available to eligible locals.
Starting at the end of July, each session will commence with a weigh-in and expert advice followed by two short games.
Incorporating convenient digital weight loss support, the scheme seeks to improve fitness, abilities, and confidence.
Participants can take advantage of gloji's online gym between games and free slots are currently open.
Emma Seabrook, aged 43, from the Isle of Wight, took part in the gloji programme and said: "I have found it inspiring, and it has enabled me to make healthier life changes.
"The healthier choices I have made to my diet and lifestyle has impacted on my overall health, lowering my blood pressure and cholesterol.
"I would strongly suggest people make time each week to watch the videos, and make little changes on a weekly basis, and then become established with those changes before introducing more changes."
